Marco Bezzecchi continued his strong 2025 form with a hard-fought 2nd‑place finish in the Dutch MotoGP at the iconic TT Circuit Assen – his first podium in the Netherlands since moving to Aprilia and a stellar follow‑up to Saturday’s sprint success.
Battling Ducati’s Marc Márquez, who took the win by just 0.6s, Bezzecchi pushed early, overtaking Álex Márquez and Bagnaia, but couldn’t reel Marc in through the final turns.
“It was a fantastic race – I gave my all,” he said after earning back-to-back Assen podiums and his 11th career top 3.
He even stole the spotlight post-race, crashing while trying to grab an Italian flag on the cooldown lap – unharmed, and all smiles.
With Aprilia gaining ground, Bezzecchi is building momentum. The second half of the season just got a lot more interesting.
