It’s time to go for gold in Austria
It’s been a whirlwind few weeks for the Aprilia Racing team as Marco Bezzecchi spearheaded an incredible turnaround in form. With two podium finishes in the last three races, attention turns towards Austria for the next challenge of the season.
While it's an unfamiliar track for Aprilia Racing, the bikes will be in very good hands thanks to their experienced riders.
Jorge Martin holds the all-time lap record at this track and is joint-top for most pole positions ever, although he only managed to finish second here last year. The Spaniard is keen to get back to winning ways after missing much of the season.
Bezzecchi finished 3rd in his debut MotoGP season, a year after taking home gold in Moto2, while Lorenzo Savadori is also no stranger to the track – setting this event’s top speed record of 317.1km/h in 2024.
So, the stage is set, and the riders are hungry – stay tuned for an action-packed battle in Austria.
